Enter, a new culinary tourism blog by Tourism Winnipeg that celebrates Winnipeg's world-class food and restaurant scene, reveals the latest food trends and profiles the star chefs behind the culinary masterpieces. Peg City Grub was unveiled Monday May 14th at The Forks Market to officially launch Tourism Week, May 14-21, 2012 across Canada. Manitoba Food Bloggers members and media were invited to sample global cuisine from Forks vendors during a complimentary lunch, and watch a regional cuisine cooking demonstration by Chef Michael Schafer of Sydney's at the Forks and Rudy's Eat and Drink.
